Rental Agent/Administrator at Norabostäder
Norabostäder and Nora Fastigheter are owned by Nora Municipality and offer attractive homes and premises with high service, long-term perspective, and care for our tenants.
We are now looking for a Rental Agent/Administrator who wants to help develop our customer service, leasing, and administrative processes.
At our centrally located office in Nora, we are approximately 20 employees.
You will become part of a team of two people working closely with the CEO. Together, you will be responsible for rentals and customer service, with your own areas of responsibility and great opportunities to influence workflows, processes, and customer experience.
About the role
In this role, you are responsible for rental and administration within your area. Duties include, among others:
- the entire rental process from application to contract, termination, and relocation
- reception and customer service during opening hours
- key management and administration of key systems
- registration and quality assurance in our property system
- information mailings and tenant communication
- publishing information on the website and social media
- support in developing administrative routines and digital workflows
The position is partly new, giving you great opportunities to help shape both the role and our working methods over time.
We are looking for someone who
You are service-oriented, structured, and confident in interactions with people. You find it easy to build trust, work independently, and maintain order even in a varied daily routine.
We believe you have experience in rentals, administration, or another similar role in the real estate industry. However, it is not a requirement; you may have similar experience from another industry. We place great emphasis on the willingness to learn and develop.
You have:
- good administrative ability
- experience working with digital systems
- very good Swedish in speech and writing
- good English
- driver's license B
It is meritorious but not required if you have experience in:
- work in property systems, preferably Momentum
- contract management
- rental law
- rental negotiations
- customer dialogue in connection with projects
