With us, you will work at one of Blekinge's most well-known establishments with a hotel, spa, conference, and restaurant – right in the middle of scenic surroundings.

About the position

As a night receptionist, you are the hotel's face during evening and night hours. You are responsible for ensuring our guests receive a professional and warm welcome while ensuring the operations run smoothly and safely through the night.

You work independently and play an important role in creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Handling bookings, emails, and phone calls
• Guest service and problem-solving
• Cash handling and administrative tasks
• Security rounds and supervision of the hotel
• Preparations for the coming day

We are looking for you who

• Is responsible, self-driven, and confident working alone
• Has a professional and service-oriented attitude
• Masters Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Is flexible, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant
• Has good computer skills

Experience from hotels, reception, or service professions is meritorious, but we place great emphasis on personality and the right attitude.
