We are looking for a meticulous and creative cold dish chef to join our kitchen! If you are passionate about cooking, enjoy working at a high pace, and have an eye for detail, then you might be the one we're looking for.

About the position

As a cold dish chef with us, you will work on preparing cold dishes such as salads, sandwiches, buffets, and catering orders. You are responsible for ensuring that the food maintains high quality in both taste and presentation.

Job duties:

  • Prepare and cook cold dishes
  • Plate and decorate food in an appealing manner
  • Handle ingredients according to hygiene and safety procedures
  • Contribute to menu planning and ordering
  • Keep the kitchen organized and clean

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a cold dish chef or similar work
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Stress resistant and flexible
  • Creative and meticulous
