Camping Host / Reception & Shop

About the position

As a camping host in reception and the shop, you are our public face. You meet guests, assist them with check-in and check-out, handle bookings, and answer questions about the campsite and the area. The work is varied and requires both a service mindset and organizational skills.

Examples of tasks:

• Guest check-in and check-out
• Receiving bookings by phone, on site, and via email
• Shop sales
• Assisting guests with questions and needs

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Service-oriented and enjoys meeting people
• Responsible, organized, and has good planning skills
• A joy spreader who contributes to a positive work environment
• Flexible and accustomed to working at a fast pace
