The Fishery, under the leadership of Malin Söderström and Carl Ullsten, is a modern, innovative restaurant within an open food hall concept, Teatern in Ringens Shopping Center in Skanstull. The theater features 9 other operators like Marco Badoune, Adam and Albin, and Sayan Isaksson. Each has a clear focus, and ours is seafood. We serve many guests at a fast pace from our small kitchen, cooking food properly. The kitchen is fully open, and all staff interact with guests. We are a small but tight-knit team that works with positivity, precision, and efficiency as our watchwords. The menu is short but broad. Examples include our Crispy Fish, Fish Taco, and Hot Smoked Salmon Salad. For drinks, we focus primarily on sparkling options such as Cava, Prosecco, and Champagne.

Our unit at Brunkebergstorg is based on same concept as in Teatern but there we have our own venue. The menu and service style are built the same way. We are looking for happy, positive and ambitious chefs who want to continue developing a successful concept with us. You like working towards set goals and ensuring high quality. You work well in teams, have good organizational skills, love a clean kitchen, and enjoy interacting with guests since we work in an open kitchen. The position includes standard tasks in a restaurant kitchen. Meeting the guest in our open kitchen. Orders, working towards our set goals, ensuring a good work environment and team spirit. Working hours vary and include evenings, weekends and holidays.
