Waiter/Waitress

As a waiter/waitress, you work closely with both guests and our family team.

You are responsible for daily operations when the owners are not present and lead the business by being engaged and present.

You must be warm but clear – and always attentive to the customer.

The role will involve a lot of weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Service, sales, and customer interaction
• Ensure high quality in food, beverages, and guest experience
• Lead, support, and coach employees in daily work
• Responsible for scheduling and staffing when the regular managers are not present
• Create structure, clarity, and joy at work in the team
• Ensure routines for hygiene, order, and work environment
• Be a role model in service, pace, and attitude

Profile requirements

We therefore expect you to have:

• Experience from restaurants, cafes, or similar operations
• Experience in scheduling
• An interest in various sports that we broadcast daily/every evening
• Genuine interest in food
• You are warm, clear, and present
• Ability to see both guests and coworkers in everyday situations
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
