Sous Chef at Dolores in Stockholm

Dolores is now seeking an experienced and passionate sous chef/chef to join our kitchen team. We are a modern and lively restaurant in Stockholm focusing on quality, pace, and a unique experience for our guests.

We are looking for someone with experience working in restaurant kitchens who can work under high pressure and have a passion for cooking and service. As a sous chef, you will work closely with the head chef and be responsible for ensuring the kitchen runs professionally and efficiently during service.

Work duties:

Preparation and cooking of food

Responsibility for quality and presentation

Support the head chef in daily operations

Planning and organizing in the kitchen

Ensuring hygiene and order according to rules and routines

We are looking for someone who:
