Temporary staff sought for Wattholma Gård

We are looking for care assistants and/or assistant nurses for Wattholma Gård's short-term care facility (somatics) just outside Vattholma. Working hours are primarily evenings, weekends and nights, but day shifts may also occur.

For the right person, a permanent position may be offered.

Wattholma Gård is a short-term care facility located in a rural setting just outside Vattholma. The target group is people with physical disabilities due to illness or trauma. We have a permit for 20 residents aged 40 and up.

To fit into our team, you are a care assistant or assistant nurse, have worked with the patient group before and are confident in your professional role. It is a big advantage if you speak multiple languages and have experience in e.g., short-term care or emergency departments. You enjoy giving the residents that little extra. As a person, you are flexible, have a strong work ethic and are always solution-oriented. Of course, you love working with people and are not afraid to take initiative within the framework and authority of the operations. You want to make a difference for the residents every day, and your basic attitude is the equal value of all people.

It is a requirement that you have a driver's license and access to a car due to the facility's geographic location.

As an employee with us, you have a very varied job. We work with active contact person duties and place great emphasis on activities and a meaningful everyday life. Otherwise, the tasks are the usual ones - such as personal care, some cleaning, supportive housing support, some cooking, medication management.
