Västerhaninge Tandvården is an established and family-oriented dental clinic with a focus on quality, security, and long-term patient relationships. We welcome both new and returning patients and offer everything from general dentistry and preventive treatments to larger treatment plans, periodontal treatment, and implant treatments.

The clinic is growing and we are now looking for an additional professional and committed dental hygienist who wants to become an important part of our team.

About the position

As a dental hygienist with us, you will have a central role in the patients' care journey. We have a large influx of new patients and many patients with periodontal needs, larger treatment plans, and implant-related care. You will work closely with our dentists and be an important part of creating good oral health, clear follow-up, and high quality in treatment.

The position can be full-time or part-time depending on agreement.

Job duties

Your job duties will include, among other things:

• Examination and assessment of patients' oral health within the dental hygienist's area of competence
• Periodontal treatment and follow-up of periodontal patients
• Preventive treatments and support for patients at risk of caries and periodontitis
• Scaling, supportive therapy, and individual oral hygiene instructions
• Treatment and follow-up of implant patients in collaboration with dentists
• Patient counseling on oral health, self-care, and preventive measures
• Documentation, risk assessments, and follow-up of treatment plans
• Close collaboration with dentists, dental assistants, and other clinic staff
