Duties

As a nursing assistant in home care, you work based on the customer's individual needs, wishes, and assistance decisions. The tasks include personal care, support during meals, social interaction, and documentation.

Medical tasks may occur after delegation from licensed healthcare personnel and after completed introduction and internal training.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained nursing assistant
• is comfortable with documentation and using various systems in the work
• has proficiency in Swedish in speech, writing, and reading comprehension
• can ride a bike

A driver's license (B) is meritorious.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Other

Before a possible employment, you need to present a valid photo ID. For working in homes with elderly people, you must also show an extract from the criminal record and the suspicion register upon request from the employer. You must also be able to verify your right to work in Sweden through valid documents.

We encourage you to attach relevant certificates and grades that confirm that you are a trained nursing assistant and have a protected professional title.
