Group leader for 1:a Omtanken wanted!

We are now looking for a group leader for 1:a Omtanken – a key person who acts as the hub of our operations and contributes to creating safety, structure, and quality for both employees and customers.

About the role

As a group leader, you will have a broad and significant responsibility for your group. You are the link between employees, management, and our customers, and work both operationally and administratively. Your tasks include:

• Ensuring new schedules are correct and follow current rules.
• Introducing and supervising new staff in the operations.
• Receiving and handling minor complaints from customers and relatives.
• Ordering incontinence products and aids.
• Ensuring medicines are delivered to customers in a safe and secure manner.
• Planning and leading certain meetings.
• Supporting the planner by checking that services are correct and planned according to customer wishes.

The role also includes on-call duty every six weeks, which involves responsibility for sick leave and schedule changes in Lifecare Planning.

Combination of leadership and care

In addition to the group leader assignment, you work as a nursing assistant in the field, giving you close contact with both customers and colleagues. This provides a deep understanding of the operational needs and enables you to contribute to improving quality in daily work.
