Summer Substitute Care Assistant

About the position:

We are looking for you who have experience in care and nursing, either as a care assistant, nursing assistant, or student in care and nursing. It is meritorious if you have experience documenting according to relevant legislation. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. The position requires personal maturity, responsiveness, service orientation, and the ability to collaborate in a team. You should be stress-resistant and have a professional approach towards both clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Experience in elderly care is meritorious

• Education or studies in care and nursing

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Empathy and a genuine interest in working with the elderly

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Your duties:

• Personal care

• Cooking and meal support

• Cleaning and laundry

• Shopping

• Respite care and accompanied outings
