Warehouse and Logistics Associate at Plantma Forestry AB

Do you want to help change how the world plants forests – and at the same time spread Swedish technology across the globe? Plantma Forestry is growing and is now looking for a driven and structured warehouse and logistics associate to join our team in Ludvika.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role as warehouse and logistics associate, you will work with the entire flow of articles – from incoming goods and storage to picking, packing, and outgoing shipments. The position also includes booking transports as well as handling shipping documents and shipment information, along with the use of forklifts and other warehouse tools in daily work. You will handle both spare parts and articles and kits for production, ensuring that the right material is in the right place at the right time. In this way, you contribute to both efficient production and ensuring our customers receive their deliveries quickly and correctly.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with experience in warehouse and logistics work, preferably in an environment where you have managed a varied flow of articles and materials, for example in industry or manufacturing. You are meticulous, responsible, and thrive in a role where structure, order, and efficiency are crucial for smooth operations.

You have practical skills and enjoy physical work at varying tempos. At the same time, you are comfortable working with business systems and handling administrative tasks related to warehouse and logistics. You are also a good team player and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.

You are self-driven, flexible, and have the ability to prioritize between different tasks – whether it involves handling incoming goods, supporting production with materials, or ensuring outgoing shipments are on time.

Basic requirements for the position:

• Upper secondary education and/or other relevant education in the field
• Good computer skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English; additional language skills are meritorious
• Driver's license class B
• Forklift license and experience working with forklifts
