Shift Leader for Warehouse in Rosersberg – Simplex is looking for you!

Simplex is now seeking an engaged and driven shift leader for our client's warehouse operations in Rosersberg. Together with the client, we are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility, lead the team forward, and contribute to an efficient and well-functioning operation.

This is a long-term position with great development opportunities for the right person.

About the role

As a shift leader, you have an important role in daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring that the work in the warehouse runs smoothly and that the team meets set goals. We are looking for someone who is clear in their leadership, thrives with responsibility, and enjoys working close to the operation.

In the role, you will, among other things:

• Lead and distribute the daily work in the warehouse
• Ensure that the team works towards common goals
• Support and develop employees in their daily work
• Follow up on deviations affecting quality, productivity, or deliveries
• Actively work for a safe and well-organized work environment

We prefer that you have experience from warehouse operations in building materials, which is meritorious for the position.

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible and structured
• Has a natural leadership style and good collaboration skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can make independent decisions
• Is meticulous and quality-conscious
• Has previous experience in a leadership role in warehouse or logistics
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has experience in warehouse work

Working hours and conditions

• Working hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Start: According to agreement, taking into account any notice period
• Location: Rosersberg
• Salary: According to agreement
