Scaffold Erector & Coordinator (HSE)

Seeking a scaffold erector with extended responsibility for coordination and work environment (HSE). The role involves both practical work and responsibility for ensuring structure, safety, and efficiency in projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Assembly and dismantling of scaffolding
• Coordination between client, site management, and erectors
• Planning and structuring work at the worksite
• Ensuring compliance with work environment and safety requirements
• Conducting risk assessments and safety briefings

Work often takes place at various sites and may involve complex environments.

Qualifications:

• Very good communication skills, especially in collaboration with English-speaking mechanics and other professional groups
• Fluent Swedish and very good knowledge of English in speech and writing
• Experience in coordination or supervision at a worksite
• Good knowledge of work environment and safety (HSE)
• Experience in scaffold construction
• Very good ability to work independently and take responsibility
• STIB Corporate Manager Step 2 (meritorious)

Additional requirements:

• Ability to work at security-classified facilities
• Clean criminal record
• Approved security screening required before work at security-classified facilities
• Random drug and alcohol tests may occur

Terms of employment:

• Salary: 33,390 SEK per month
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Permanent employment with probationary period
