Trained Gardener for Outdoor Environment Assignments - IMMEDIATELY

We are now seeking a dedicated and practically oriented gardener for an assignment in the maintenance and development of green outdoor environments. You will work within the municipality's operations where quality, responsibility, and an eye for detail are essential.

This is an operational and varied role where you will work with everything from ongoing park maintenance to more qualified gardening tasks. The role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors, is self-driven, and has a genuine interest in plants and green spaces.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance of parks, green areas, and plantings
• Planting, pruning, and maintenance of plant material
• Lawn mowing, weeding, and general outdoor environment care
• Operating machinery and tools for parks and gardens
• Contributing to the development and improvement of outdoor environments

Mandatory Requirements

• Education in horticulture, e.g., vocational training as a gardener or equivalent
• Alternative relevant work experience in gardening/park maintenance
• Ability to work practically and independently in outdoor settings
• Good physical condition and accustomed to physical work
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Driving license class B

Meritorious Requirements

• Experience from municipal park operations or similar
• Experience with machinery for green area maintenance
• Knowledge of plants and pruning
• Experience of seasonal work in parks or cemeteries
• Further education in horticulture, landscaping, or green space management
