Infragruppen was founded in 2016 and is a rapidly growing company in the infrastructure sector.

The company's management has over 20 years of experience in running their own projects, large and small. We stand for high quality and the best service. We have business offices in Hässleholm, Skellefteå, Hörnefors. We currently have about 25 permanent employees, and at least as many temps periodically. In 2025, we turned over approximately 80-100 million SEK and expect to grow further in the coming years. We have framework agreements with several major players and numerous long-term contracts with large customers. Between 2017-2026, we have successfully carried out several large projects.

Infragruppen performs assignments within Rail, Electricity, Ground and Signaling, as well as ground and bridge works in road & railway and ground & water and sewerage works for various customers. We have long-term framework agreements with, among others, the Swedish Transport Administration, Skellefteå Municipality, Vindeln Municipality, and the County Administrative Board. We work exclusively as the main supplier to the public sector with our own total and performance contracts.

As a Project Administrator, you are responsible for planning, distributing, and monitoring work in respective projects as well as handling certain administration. You will also have personnel responsibility and daily contact with staff and subcontractors in the field.

Below are examples of what will be expected of you.

  • Participate in planning/preparation of projects together with project managers
  • Quality and environmental work with control plans and self-checks
  • Work environment work with risk analyses and work preparations
  • Project budget work with payment plans for invoicing and cost follow-ups
  • Compilation of different projects for invoicing in Rekyl, which is our project system, as well as Fortnox
  • Booking and managing travel for personnel
  • Personnel administration of our skilled workers etc.
  • Transport management of machinery for our clients
  • Resource and schedule planning of personnel for various projects
  • Handling documentation for the Swedish Transport Administration's system
  • Meetings and inspections on site at projects

Business travel may be required, and the duty station will be the office in Skellefteå.

Salary according to collective agreement.
