Personal Assistant in Tumba

I'm a spiritual, joyful, and energetic (a little flaky sometimes...) girl who is currently looking for more assistants for my newly built team that we are working on. I have a muscle disease, which is in the muscles and nowhere else. Of course, I have many interests. I'm spiritual, so I do fortune telling, read astrology, and read people, animals, and places, as well as natural medicine, of course. I'm also interested in hair, makeup, and beauty, as well as photography. Yes, you hear - an all-around girl. I'm cheerful, energetic, and very positive - in the right environment that suits me, which I'm striving for in my team now. I also have a lot of humor but also serious conversations. I have a cat that is social and active (a bit lazy sometimes, like its mother, that's me) so you should be able to handle everything that comes with a cat (activation, play, cuddling, playing hairdresser). I am looking for someone who is empathetic and perceptive, and you should be able to read when to take a step forward or back in different situations, considering my privacy (if you can't read, you can always ask). The job in general is that you are my arms, legs, and voice. You should simply be able to interpret what I say to others in various meetings such as doctor's appointments, hospital visits, authorities, friends, etc., without your own judgment. Be flexible with being able to step in during absences and as needed, and adapt to the different situations of the work (some days we just sit with YouTube or series and talk, some days are super active while some days are mixed). No one works full-time in a fixed schedule with me, precisely to be able to step in during absences and still adapt to different paces. I value respect highly, being a team, energy but still calm, empathy, humor (we aren't always so clean with our humor here & very open), putting yourself out there - Simply positive. No, we aren't so very professional here; we just are ourselves - Of course, professionalism is required sometimes but... Since we practically live on top of each other, everyone is themselves. What I most of all want to see is that we ALL are a team, through thick and thin. Everything from stepping in during gaps to taking on different situations. Therefore, you need to have good physical fitness or the willpower to possibly work on your fitness and a psychologically strong ability (Potentially needing to stay at work and carry out tasks requires a certain amount of mental strength). Requirements for those who apply: - Woman. - 25-40 years. - Swedish in speech and writing, since one interprets the client. - Have a work ethic and compassion. - Be able to be professional in certain situations and put your own judgment aside in some situations. - Perceptive & open-minded. - Work comes first and the phone comes second at work. - Be able to step in when needed, now and then. - Flexible. - Not afraid of cats or allergic to cats. - Understand and follow confidentiality and other routines. - If you have pets, I wish you have easy access to a pet sitter if you are needed at work. - Interest and knowledge in makeup and hair is also of great interest. As well as being interested in or open to spirituality. PS. I do my own management, so things are a bit different than with assistance companies.
