Hourly Substitute at Mälardalens Behandlingscentrum

Serigmo Care is a care company that offers services within HVB, Short-term housing, Support housing, and transition apartments for adults with various forms of addiction problems. Many of our clients also have some form of neuropsychiatric disability or suffer from mental illness. We also work on changing criminal thought patterns and behaviors.

Our operations are geographically located in Mälardalen, Västra Götaland, and Skåne. With our various operational areas, we aim to offer individualized holistic solutions to achieve and establish a drug-free lifestyle, safe housing, meaningful employment, and leisure time.

Serigmo Care Mälardalens Behandlingscentrum is a licensed operation with 21 places for adult men and women aged 18-65 with addiction/dependency problems. Many of our clients also need to work on criminal thought patterns and behaviors.

We are looking for someone who is a Treatment Pedagogue, Social Pedagogue, or has other relevant education.

It is also desirable that you have experience in treatment work and one or more further training courses, e.g., ÅP, MI, CRA, KSL, or other suitable training/course. You are well-versed in a working method based on CBT, which is the method we apply. You put the client in focus and have a low-affective approach.

Main tasks:

· Contact person for placed clients

· Sampling, both concerning alcohol and drugs

· Documenting according to applicable legislation and the operation's guidelines

· Contact with clients

· Dispensing medication after delegation from a nurse

Working hours vary and are scheduled with some sleeping on-call duty, however, a maximum of 6 occasions per 4-week period. The position also requires a B driver's license.
