Personal assistant sought near Odenplan

IGS Assistans is currently looking for hourly substitutes for a woman living near Odenplan. If the chemistry feels right between you and the client, there is also a chance for a permanent position in the future.

Shifts are mainly scheduled from 8-16 and 16-08 (including on-call duty approx. 5-6 hours). To work with this client, you must be open to working on-call.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a woman
• Speaks fluent Swedish
• Can provide good service and is meticulous
• Is proactive but responsive to the client's wishes
• Is flexible
• Is calm and patient
• It is also required that you have previously worked as a personal assistant. But the chemistry is of utmost importance.
• It is also important that you can put your phone aside during your shift.

About the client:

The client is a woman in her 50s who is wheelchair-bound. The work as a personal assistant includes, among other things, assisting the client in daily life, during activities, both inside and outside the home. Additionally, the client needs help with personal hygiene, exercise, cooking, cleaning, and support with the client's internship and work.

She needs help with transfers, which are done manually. A ceiling lift is available for emergencies.

Your job is to do what the client would do herself without her disability, without taking over tasks that she can perform on her own.

Salary, compensation, and benefits:

Hourly wage according to individual agreement. Collective agreement with Kommunal exists.
