Description:

We are looking for assistants for an elderly woman in central Örebro. The care recipient prefers female applicants.

She is a wonderful person, cheerful and kind. She has an acquired brain injury and is partially paralyzed on one side. Her interests include sun, swimming, music, film, being outdoors in nature, and family.

Your tasks:

As a personal assistant, you will support the person with disabilities based on their needs, enabling the best possible quality of life, and assist with all activities of daily living—including leisure activities and travel—as well as facilitate social interaction with good friends and family.

More specifically: your tasks include everything from household chores such as cleaning, showering, and cooking to accompanying the care recipient on activities.

Personal qualities:

You are a person who enjoys actively working to ensure that the client has a satisfying daily life. Furthermore, you consider it self-evident to always work based on the client's needs and wishes.

You must be able to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. You will follow a rotating schedule with varying hours.

You must be proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as we have documentation obligations.
