Personal assistant wanted for a happy 8-year-old girl just outside

We are now looking for a confident, dedicated, and empathetic personal assistant for a happy and playful 8-year-old girl who lives just outside Halmstad. The assistance is comprehensive and provided with double staffing around the clock, including awake nights. Shifts are 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00.

The girl goes to school, and as an assistant, you accompany her in her daily life – at home, at school, and during activities. She loves animals, nature, and play, so it is important that you enjoy being active and present. The focus is also on exercise, development, and creating a safe and stimulating everyday life.

She also has several medical needs, making it very important that you are meticulous, responsible, and able to follow routines and instructions. Experience with medical care, trach, and tube feeding is advantageous.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is calm, secure, and responsible
• Is perceptive and has great empathy and understanding for both the girl and the family's situation
• Is very meticulous and can handle medications and routines safely
• Enjoys working closely with people and collaborating with colleagues and relatives
• Is flexible and can adapt to different situations in daily life
• Has experience with trach and tube feeding (meritorious but not required)
• Masters the Swedish language in speech and writing (required)
