Haga Stall & Omsorg AB (HSOAB) is seeking a supervisor for Daily Activities LSS, focus on Service & Janitorial, permanent employment with probationary period.

Haga Stall & Omsorg AB operates Smedstad Equestrian Center in Linköping. The facility is beautifully located at Tinnerö Eklandskap and offers a wide range of horse-related activities such as riding school with 60 horses, courses, camps, competitions, etc. The operation also includes Daily Activities LSS, café & conference activities, and open leisure activities for children in grades 4-6. Highly competent staff work here to ensure a high-quality operation.

About the Operation

Daily Activities LSS – Smedstad Adapted Workplace

Smedstad Adapted Workplace is a work-oriented daily activity for individuals with mild intellectual disabilities and/or autism. We have four work areas: Service & Janitorial, Café & Conference, Stable, and Dog.

Participants engage in tasks based on their abilities, and work is integrated with supervisors and other staff at Haga Stall & Omsorg, creating an inclusive and vibrant environment.

We are now looking for a supervisor who wants to continue developing our Service & Janitorial group together with our participants, the LSS manager, and other staff. The Service & Janitorial group, along with the dog operation, is based at Smedstad Annexet, located in the Tinnerö nature reserve approximately 1.5 km from Smedstad Equestrian Center. In your role as supervisor, you will work with participants on tasks such as indoor and outdoor chores like grounds maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, production, etc. Work is carried out at and around Smedstad Annexet, Smedstad Equestrian Center, and through various small transport assignments.

About the Role

As supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring that each participant has a meaningful occupation and that the operation maintains high quality. You work to create participation, development, and community. Ability to see the individual's strengths and support based on pedagogical principles. You should have an interest in service and working in an integrated care operation.

You should have good collaboration skills and be good at building relationships.

The role includes:

• Supervising participants in the service & janitorial operation, individually and in groups.
• Documenting in TRESERVA
• Collaborating with colleagues & managers and contributing to the development of work in the service & janitorial group.
• Collaborating with other supervisors for the development of care work.
• Other common tasks in the operation

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, responsible, and confident. You have education and experience working with individuals with disabilities and enjoy seeing people grow. You also have an interest in practical work such as service and janitorial tasks and providing good customer service.

You have:

• Upper secondary education in Health & Social Care
• Education and experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
• Experience in supervising adults, individually and in groups
• Driving license B

It is meritorious if you have:

· Education and/or experience in service & janitorial work.

· Training in Low Arousal Approach, MI, or specialist knowledge in impairments or psychiatry.

· Experience working in any of our other areas (stable, café, dog).

Salary according to agreement. Collective agreement with Kommunal exists.
