Companion in Staffanstorp Municipality
Description
Tindra Personal Assistance has an agreement with Staffanstorp Municipality and is responsible for all companion services through the municipality. At Tindra, we always try to match the right person to the right assignment for the best possible companionship!
We are looking for someone who wants a job where you make a difference - every shift!
Tindra is looking for male companions for several clients in Staffanstorp. It is a plus if you have a driver's license and access to a car.
This is an excellent side job for those who are studying or want to gain work experience in addition to their current job.
The assignments vary, from 5-30 hours per month. If you are applying for a position as a companion, you are interested in supporting a person in their everyday life to engage in various leisure activities or an active cultural life.
The activities the person needs help with in their daily life are related to activities outside the home. This service provides the opportunity to participate in leisure activities, cultural life, use public transport, visit friends, or take a walk. It can also involve the need for accompaniment to hospital visits.
For some of our clients, we require that you have competence and experience in service and care professions. You understand and have experience with autism, structured pedagogy, low-arousal approach, and preferably augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). These clients wish for male companions.
Many times, clients have their own suggestions for activities; other times, you need to be proactive with suggestions and ideas for things to do.
Before employment can begin, we need references from previous workplaces; at least two contact details must be provided at the interview. Also, a criminal record extract needs to be submitted for review. You can order it now and get it the same day at the address:
