I am a 19-year-old guy looking for personal assistants.

I am a 19-year-old guy attending school and finishing in June 2027. Currently, I live at home with my mother but am in the process of applying for my own apartment, and in connection with this I am now seeking personal assistants under the LSS Act who can provide me with the support I need in my daily life.

I need help with everything in daily life.

Structure, clarity, and fixed routines are very important to me. To thrive and feel safe, I need assistants who are calm, stable, and have a lot of patience.

Duties

As a personal assistant to me, you will:

· Provide support throughout my entire daily routine

· Provide clear guidance through the day

· Create and maintain structure and routines

· Be a safe and calm support in various situations

· Accompany and provide support during activities

About me

I enjoy going for walks, visiting my aunt at the stable, and going to the swimming pool to bathe. I like when things happen, so I need someone who enjoys doing things and can suggest activities to me.

About you

I am looking for someone who:

· Is patient, calm, and confident

· Is structured and clear in their work approach

· Is attentive, responsible, and respectful

· Has understanding of working under the LSS Act

Working hours and employment

Working hours can vary and may include:

· Day, evening, and weekend work

· On-call duty

Positions can be offered as:

· Part-time about 75%

· Hourly employment as needed

Schedule is planned in consultation with the assistance coordinator and based on my needs. The start date will be agreed upon together, but no later than September 1, 2026.

The position is for personal assistance under the LSS Act.

Introduction, guidance, and support from the employer will be provided.

The most important thing for me is to find assistants who can contribute to a safe, structured, and functional daily life in my new life in my own home.

Personal suitability is crucial.
