Customer-oriented service employee

MEMUHEM AB works with cleaning in private homes and offices. We started in 2020, but have approximately 15 years of experience in the industry from before.

Our business idea is to make everyday life easier for private individuals and companies.

We are looking for a driven service employee who enjoys customer contact, simpler service assignments, and light cleaning. If you initially have the opportunity to take on your own cleaning assignments, a higher employment rate is offered for the role. The position is initially 50-70%.

Commonly occurring tasks:

Plan the daily work, contact with staff & existing customers, customer visits, proposal writing, scheduling, introduction of new employees, administration, etc.

Your background

You have worked a number of years in the industry and want to take the next step and are ready to take on greater responsibility, or you work in a completely different industry and have a background that could fit in. It is important that you can work independently and drive the process forward. You will have supportive owners with great availability to help you.

We are looking for you who:

Have experience in service work, cleaning/home cleaning.

Can work independently, plan your work, and make your own decisions on site.

Are social, punctual, and have good communication skills.

Have a driver's license.
