Mullsjö Folk High School is located in Mullsjö in southeastern Västergötland, within Jönköping County, just under 30 km northwest of Jönköping. The school has approximately 200 participants on long courses and extensive short course activities. The school is run by a trio consisting of the Swedish Alliance Mission, the Swedish Alliance Mission Youth, and the Mullsjö Folk High School Alumni Association. The activities are based on a Christian outlook and are carried out in a drug-free environment, which we assume you respect and ideally share.

We are able to accommodate 64 participants at the school's boarding facilities during the academic year. During the summer period, the boarding facilities are used for many of our popular summer courses, camps, further training, and more.

We also have a hostel and conference accommodation with about 50 beds, so the school can offer a total of approximately 115 beds.

We are now looking for a cleaning supervisor at 50%.

Qualifications

In your role as cleaning supervisor, you should be able to lead and assign tasks, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and be a resource to your team.

You have the ability to organize, inspire, and be a "go-to person" at our school.

You should be flexible and resilient to stress and have experience in leadership.

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for overall cleaning of the school
• Responsible for scheduling and leading the cleaning staff
• Responsible for purchasing cleaning supplies, etc.
• Assist with practical arrangements in conjunction with courses and conferences
• Cooperate with the school's boarding manager
• Work with the school's decorations
• If needed, perform practical cleaning work
