Hotel Cleaner with Supervisor Role

Hotel and Restaurant Hovs Hallar is a conference facility outside Båstad on the Bjäre Peninsula. It currently has 47 double rooms and 2 suites, a restaurant, and 5 conference rooms. Our restaurant can accommodate up to 170 guests and serves breakfast, lunch, and à la carte.

We are looking to strengthen our wonderful cleaning team at Hovs Hallar.

Job duties include planning, delegating, and participating in daily cleaning tasks in rooms, staff areas, and common spaces. You will be responsible for scheduling and training cleaning staff. Good organizational skills, leadership, and attention to detail are required. Flexibility and solution focus are important, as the pace and tasks can vary. Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

You must have access to your own transportation as public transport is not available.

The position is 80% - 100%.
