Subject teacher in mathematics and English

Kristna skolan Oasen is an independent school based on Christian values. We currently have approximately 120 students from preschool to grade 9, as well as after-school care. Despite our size, the school hosts a great diversity, and we work with mixed-age groups. Here, all students should feel safe, respected, and have the opportunity to develop.

We are looking for someone who has a working approach where flexible thinking is a natural part, who has good collaboration skills and a clear desire to create good relationships. You also need to be able to stand for and work in line with the school's Christian values.

We place great emphasis on pedagogical leadership in the classroom. You have the ability to motivate and create engagement while being a clear leader. You are confident in yourself and, through your way of leading and organizing, create a safe and instructive classroom situation. We are convinced that order, discipline, and clarity, combined with sensitivity and care, bring out the best in our students.

Good judgment and high integrity are important, as you are an adult role model for the students.

About the position:

The position is full-time. You will teach mathematics and English in grades 5–6, and mentorship is included in the assignment.
