Primary School Teacher Grades 1-3

Kristna skolan Oasen is an independent school based on Christian values. We currently have about 120 students from preschool class to grade 9, with after-school activities. Despite its small size, the school has great diversity and works in mixed-age groups. Here, we want all students to feel safe, respected, and to develop.

We are looking for a qualified teacher to teach students in the early years, starting in the fall of 2026.

The position involves mentorship and teaching in all subjects except the arts. The assignment includes planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the school's governing documents, both individually and together with colleagues in the work team and subject teams.

Experience with digital tools is a necessity. We also appreciate if you have experience working with children with special needs.

You need to have a working approach where flexible thinking is a natural part. Good collaboration skills and the ability to build good relationships are essential.
