We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and passionate about children's development. You are a secure adult who, with care and pedagogical competence, creates good conditions for children's learning and well-being.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine commitment to children and their development
- Has knowledge of the preschool's governing documents and works systematically with documentation
- Has experience using digital tools in educational work
- Is proactive, flexible, and can collaborate easily
- Is confident and builds good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians
