We are looking for an engaged preschool teacher for Matrix förskola in Skärholmen!

Preschool Matrix in Skärholmen is looking for an engaged and certified preschool teacher who wants to develop our educational activities together with children and colleagues. We work based on the preschool curriculum and strive for activities where safety, learning, and participation are central.

As a preschool teacher, you have a special responsibility for teaching and for planning, implementing, documenting, and following up the pedagogical work in close collaboration with the team. You have a good understanding of the requirements for pedagogical documentation and follow-up based on the governing documents and actively contribute to quality and development in the activities.

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, works professionally, and has a flexible and solution-oriented approach. You communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as the work involves dialogue with children, colleagues, and guardians as well as documentation in the activities.

We would like you to:

· have a good understanding of documentation and follow-up based on the preschool curriculum

· be well acquainted with the preschool curriculum and the requirements for pedagogical documentation

· be able to work systematically with teaching, documentation, and follow-up according to the governing documents

· be flexible and adapt teaching based on the needs of the activities and children

· have a solution-oriented and flexible approach in daily work
