Makina Driving School AB is now seeking an approved driving instructor and Education Manager.

If you also have qualifications in B96, BE, Risk One, Introductory Training, AM/snowmobile and are an approved instructor for these, it is highly meritorious.

It is important that you put the student at the center and value quality in education. Safety and security are high requirements in the driving school.

You are an important part of the company's continued development, and there is ample room for your personal growth in the professional role.

Salary is set individually.

As a teacher, you must be pedagogical, positive, patient, and able to handle stressful situations. You should also be able to tailor students' education based on their needs.

You must master Swedish in speech and writing. Other language skills are a strong plus.

You should be self-driven and responsible. We prefer that you have a few years of experience as a driving instructor.

Working hours are flexible according to agreement, but the normal hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Computer proficiency is a requirement as we work with digital training cards in Teoricentralen.

Job duties include everything involved in a small driving school, from enrolling new students, helping students reach their goals, taking responsibility, and being open and pleasant to customers.

It is important that you have full respect for individuals regardless of gender or origin.
