Your role as Pharmacy Manager at Kronans Apotek in Älvsjö!

We are now looking for an engaged and goal-oriented pharmacy manager for our Kronans Apotek in Älvsjö, which continues to grow, and therefore we are looking for someone who, together with a wonderful team, wants to continue our great journey. The pharmacy is located next to Willys and Systembolaget. Our typical customers are regulars and residents in the area.

As pharmacy manager, you lead and work together with a competent and collaborative team consisting of 3 pharmacists and 2 pharmacy technicians. Additionally, you have 19 wonderful pharmacy manager colleagues where the word teamwork truly reflects us in region 9. Therefore, it is important to me that you are a team player, self-motivated, solution-focused, and have the drive to succeed in achieving our set goals!

We are looking for someone who is a confident and present leader with both drive and commitment, and who is motivated by creating results through others. The work is both strategic and operational, and involves overall responsibility for the pharmacy's development and success.

The role includes, among other things:

  • Strengthen operations and create motivation and engagement in the team.
  • Ensure the best possible patient counseling and customer experience of the highest quality.
  • Take responsibility for finances, budget, and performance follow-up.
  • Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the local area.
  • Have full responsibility for staff, work environment, and quality.
  • Ensure effective staffing through efficient scheduling.
  • Attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees at the pharmacy.
  • Lead and develop operations and the team towards set goals.
  • Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy.

The pharmacy is open Monday to Friday 10–19, Saturday 10–17, and Sunday 11–16. We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period. You report to Regional Manager Sahand Borna.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leadership role or are curious and ready to take the next step as a pharmacy manager with us. To thrive in the role, we hope you find it easy to engage others and contribute to motivation in the team. Since you will be working towards clear goals, we appreciate that you are structured, positive, action-oriented, and solution-focused. For support, there is a strong regional and service organization, as well as colleagues across the country.
