Inside Sales/Warehouse Worker Uppsala Norra

Lundagrossisten was founded in 1977 and conducts B2B sales of articles in heating, water, and sanitation. We are currently one of Sweden's leading HVAC wholesalers with an annual turnover of over SEK 1.8 billion and 230 employees. Our customers are exclusively professional pipe installers with a large and continuous need for materials. We are represented from Malmö in the south to Gävle in the north, through our 21 fully stocked pick-up warehouses with over 17,000 inventoried items. We are currently in an expansive phase and therefore have a great need for recruitment.

At Lundagrossisten, you learn an industry, a company, and a profession from the ground up, where practical work is combined with internal training in areas such as HVAC, sales, and our business system. As an Inside Sales/Warehouse Worker, you are expected to provide competent and pleasant service to our visiting customers and administer their orders, but also work with all common warehouse tasks such as order picking, incoming deliveries, and material deliveries with a B-truck.

The position is a full-time position and offers good development opportunities, as Lundagrossisten's policy is to internally recruit for positions in purchasing, marketing, IT, outside sales, and branch manager responsibilities. We strive for long-term employment relationships and are proud to say that since our start in 1977, we have never issued layoff notices or temporarily laid off any employee!

Relevant characteristics and prior knowledge

HVAC knowledge is not initially a requirement, but you should be motivated to acquire this knowledge through work and our internal training. As an employee at Lundagrossisten, you need to have a structured approach and enjoy working at an efficient pace and with many contacts. Relevant characteristics are commitment, flexibility, lack of prestige, as well as a good sense of service and sales. We would like you to have an interest in technology, construction, or mechanics.

Employment form Permanent employment after 6 months probationary period

The starting salary is based on previous relevant experience. Our goal is that all new employees will have achieved the knowledge level and competence of a technical salesperson within two years and thereby receive a monthly salary of SEK 36,000. Thereafter, individual salary development occurs, based on your sense of responsibility and performance at work.

A B driver's license is not a requirement at the time of application, but must be held within 6 months of employment.
