Now Newrest Inflight Sweden AB is looking for a committed and structured Supply Supervisor for our operations in Arlandastad.

About the role

As a Supply Supervisor, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations within supply/warehouse. You ensure that all processes run efficiently, safely, and according to applicable routines. In this role, you also act as deputy for the Supply Chain Manager during their absence.

You work closely with team leaders and other staff to plan and carry out daily work, ensuring high quality, safety, and delivery precision.

Your main tasks

Daily operations & leadership

  • Responsible for and follow up on daily operations within supply
  • Lead the department during the Supply Chain Manager's absence
  • Participate in and lead morning meetings
  • Ensure correct registration in business systems (WR, Kelio, etc.)
  • Distribute tasks and support the team in daily work
  • Ensure everyone works according to safety procedures and uses the right protective equipment

Inventory management (Stores Operations)

  • Pick and deliver goods as needed
  • Record temperatures and handle deviations
  • Responsible for thawing and correct labeling of products
  • Conduct regular inventories
  • Identify short-dated items and minimize waste
  • Report and record waste

Goods receiving (Receiving Operations)

  • Receive and inspect deliveries (quantity, quality, temperature, and price)
  • Register receipts and invoices in the system
  • Handle discrepancies, complaints, and credits
  • Ensure correct placement of goods in the warehouse

Procurement

  • Place orders according to needs and schedule
  • Manage backlog and suggest substitute products
  • Communicate changes to the team and production

Quality, safety & hygiene (QHSE)

  • Follow and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety procedures
  • Work according to company policies for food safety and work environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Report risks, injuries, or deviations

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain
  • Has leadership experience or is ready to take the next step
  • Is structured, accurate, and solution-oriented
  • Is proficient with systems (preferably experience with warehouse or business systems)
  • Has good communication skills and enjoys teamwork
  • Has a strong focus on safety and quality
