Customer Receptionist

Bilboden i Norrbotten AB is looking for a Customer Receptionist

Are you service-oriented, structured, and have an interest in cars? Do you want to be the face of a well-functioning car workshop where customer satisfaction is in focus? Then you might be the one we're looking for!

About the position

As a customer receptionist with us, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You are responsible for taking bookings, providing professional advice, and ensuring that every customer has a safe and smooth visit. You act as an important link between the customer and the workshop.

Job duties

- Receive customers at the workshop and via phone/email

- Book services, repairs, diagnostics, etc.

- Create work orders and follow up on ongoing jobs

- Provide cost estimates and follow up with customers

- Handle invoicing and simple administration

- Ensure high customer satisfaction in every contact

We are looking for someone who

- Has experience in the service profession, preferably in the automotive industry

- Is communicative, solution-oriented, and meticulous

- Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems

- Has an interest in cars (meritorious but not a requirement)
