Corporate Sales Representative (Full Commission)

Hello.

I am looking for a commission-based salesperson or someone who can invoice their sales.

The job involves selling somewhat different recruitment services to cold clients across all of Sweden, but we can start on a smaller scale.

The company is brand new and will be built from the ground up, so you will be involved in developing it with me along the way, if you wish.

I work from home, and you will also work from home with daily reporting on what has happened and what might be in the pipeline.

With me, recruitment is different—it's more old-fashioned, not a lot of online tests for applicants. Phone contact with clients is key.

We handle recruitment for warehouse, drivers, construction, grounds crew, moving, event staff, receptionists, young people, etc.

In other words, the people who keep the country running every day.

You should have knowledge of the Swedish labor market. It is also good if you have knowledge of people with disabilities. If possible, I would like us to try to help here.

You must speak Swedish, and preferably also English. If you know several languages, that is beneficial.

Naturally, you will receive an agreement that follows our arrangement, and we will work closely together daily even if we are based in different locations.
