About the job

The position is: Permanent employment, 40 hours per week

Start date: According to agreement.

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends occur as a natural part of the work.

You put the customer at the center.

You have the chance to make a big impression on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This might involve a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so the customer finds their way in the store. You must ensure the customer goes home satisfied - and preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling inside!

What will you do?

Your main tasks are:

• Ensure customers leave the store with a smile
• Work with restocking and create a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness.
• Work at the checkout and handle service matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store - we are a team and help where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver and enjoy customer contact. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are self-evident to you. Having a strong interest in food and selling products is an advantage, and even better if you have worked in a store before.

We believe that you:

• Master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it is fantastic if you also do.
• Love meeting customers and providing service.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute with energy and joy.
• Are curious and notice when something needs to be done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
