We are looking for an experienced and driven warehouse manager who wants to help take our logistics to the next level.

About the position

As warehouse manager at Restaurangjouren, you will play a key role in our operations. You are responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse flows, high delivery quality, and a well-organized warehouse structure. There is great potential to influence, improve, and build long-term sustainable routines.

You will work operationally close to the business while having strategic responsibility for optimizing warehouse processes.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Overall responsibility for warehouse and logistics processes
• Planning and structuring incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Goods receipt, inspection, picking, and quality assurance
• Ensuring order, tidiness, and warehouse hygiene
• Responsibility for inventory including service shelves as well as cold and freezer storage
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient working methods

Qualifications (requirements)

• Several years of experience as a warehouse manager in a similar operation
• Documented experience in logistics and warehouse management
• Very good organizational and planning skills
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience working in cold and freezer environments
• High work ethic, accuracy, and sense of responsibility
• Good collaboration skills combined with a high degree of independence
