Due to our current vicar being appointed as vicar of Motala parish, the vicar position in Hallsberg parish is hereby announced.

We are looking for someone who, with commitment and joy, wants to be vicar in our parish.

HALLSBERG PARISH...

• is an open and welcoming parish where voluntary engagement is extensive and significant.

• has two beautiful churches, a parish hall, and surroundings that offer lovely places to visit.

• has approximately 15 employed staff and many active and engaged volunteers and elected officials.

• has good ecumenical cooperation through, for example, services, school walks, and the ecumenical council.

• runs a cooperation office with three employed economists and offers services in finance and payroll administration to neighboring parishes and pastorates. The cooperation office makes us a key point in the collaboration within the deanery.

• strengthens and develops the parish identity

• takes responsibility and is structured

• builds trust with parishioners

• inspires employees, volunteers, and elected officials to development

• has the ability to convey the message of the Bible for our time

• works to deepen faith in the parish
• advances our initiative to implement the Rainbow Key

YOU HAVE...

• qualifying vicar training. We prefer that you have experience of leadership in a parish, pastorate, or equivalent position.
