We are now looking for an Area Manager who wants to help develop our restaurant concepts Pitcher’s, Ll’amice, and Pepa Deli, with a focus on service, bar, operations, and strong teams.
This is a role for you who loves the restaurant industry, is driven by people, and thrives best out in the operations. You will work closely with our restaurant managers and teams to ensure high quality, strong culture, and profitable operations across multiple units.

About the role
As an Area Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operations of several restaurant units. The role involves close collaboration with restaurant managers and staff, with your focus on creating well-functioning operations with high service standards, strong leadership, and good profitability.
You work operationally close to the business, and the role involves regular travel and restaurant visits.
You will, among other things:
- Coach and develop restaurant managers and teams
- Ensure high quality in service, bar, and operations
- Follow up on sales, personnel costs, and key figures
- Work with routines, structure, and improvement processes
- Ensure that concepts and guest experience maintain a high level in all units
- Participate in the establishment of new restaurants
- Drive engagement, culture, and results in the operations
We are looking for you who
You are a confident leader with a strong presence and understanding of restaurant operations. You enjoy a high pace, are motivated by developing people, and find it easy to create structure and energy in the business.
We believe that you:
- Have experience from leading roles in restaurant, service, or bar
- Have worked as a restaurant manager, operations manager, area manager, or similar
- Are used to working towards budgets and key figures
- Have a great interest in service, guest experience, and team development
- Are communicative, solution-oriented, and clear in your leadership
- Enjoy travel and working close to the business
- Have a valid driver's license (B-class)
