Site Manager

We are expanding and seeking site managers with experience in ground and civil engineering for a large exciting project!

Your background:

Several years of experience in a similar position within the industry. Experience in managing large projects is considered an asset.

About the role:

To be successful in this role, you need knowledge in civil engineering work, planning, production calculations, contract law, and very good experience in financial follow-up.

To thrive in the role, you need to be a leader who can motivate and develop your team. We also emphasize that you are a good communicator to build a good relationship with both clients and employees. An important part of the role is to communicate both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English, as our documentation is central to our projects.

As a Site Manager, you drive civil engineering projects from start to finish. The projects begin with a kick-off meeting where the Site Manager creates a production plan with costs, resource plan, and schedule. The project ends with handover to the client. During the implementation phase, the Site Manager is responsible for controlling costs, changes, providing ongoing reports, and maintaining close dialogue with the client. A successful project achieves good profitability and a satisfied client.

The Site Manager leads their project organization with clear and active leadership to drive the project within the established framework. We value leadership that creates a pleasant and safe working environment for our employees.

The role also includes Quality, Environment, and Work Environment work in the project, as well as ensuring compliance with the company's management system according to ISO and applicable laws and regulations.
