Supervisor within Prepare and Match. Immediate start!

We are now looking for a dedicated supervisor within the Swedish Public Employment Service's framework, Prepare and Match 2.

You will work together with job seekers and support them on their path to work or studies.

As a supervisor, you are responsible for, among other things:

• Mapping and coaching participants based on their individual needs and goals
• Supporting participants in job searching, CV writing, and matching with employers
• Collaborating with employers, authorities, and other actors
• Documenting and following up on participants' progress

The position is a temporary contract at 50% part-time for one month with possibility of extension if the need remains.

You meet the requirements for the position if you can verify one of the following options with written documentation:

Option 1

• Education: University education of at least 180 credits (120 points according to older system). Any field of study deemed suitable for the position.
• Work experience: At least 2 years of full-time experience (part-time accepted if total time corresponds to 2 years full-time).

Option 2

• Education: At least 1 year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade. Approved types of education include university, KY, YH, police training, or military training.
• Work experience: At least 3 years of full-time experience (part-time accepted) in any of the following:
• Supervision with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career counseling
• Personnel case management (not just administration)
• Work with labor and employment market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
