Truck Station Seeking a Substitute for Our Customer Center in Skellefteå

About the job

At our customer center, you will become an important part of the team and one of the first contacts our customers have with us. You respond to emails and calls, assist with various matters, and ensure our customers receive fast and smooth service. The work is mainly done in our systems, and you will receive good support from your colleagues - we are a team of eight who help each other and have a really good atmosphere at work.

The position is located at our head office in Skellefteå and working hours are weekdays, daytime.

This is a temporary substitute position starting in early June 2026 and running until August 2027.

Who are you?

You enjoy providing good service, are solution-oriented, and thrive when there is some pace. You find it easy to talk to people, both on the phone and via email, and you are not afraid to take personal responsibility.

You are thorough, flexible and can keep several things going at the same time without losing structure.

We believe you have

• Good computer skills
• Good Swedish and English
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement
