BXB is in an exciting development phase and is now looking for a dedicated employee.

JOB DUTIES

The position includes, among other things:

· Daily contact with customers and suppliers via phone and email

· Handling and administering customer orders

· Carrying out purchases and handling supplier invoices

· Planning, monitoring, and following up on deliveries

· Ongoing work with registry maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with previous experience in administrative tasks, preferably in a role where you have worked with order management, customer service, or purchasing. Experience from back office, inside sales, or similar roles is particularly meritorious.

You are used to working in digital environments and have a good understanding of systems. Previous experience with business systems is considered a major advantage, as the role involves daily management of order flows, item registers, deliveries, and invoices.

To succeed in the role, we also see that you have:

· Good administrative ability

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

· Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

· Experience with customer and supplier contacts is meritorious

The work is on-site in Ljungarum, Jönköping. The position is full-time.
