Staffing Coordinator

We at Colligo are currently looking for a client and consultant manager to join our team working with physician staffing. You do not need previous experience in recruitment or staffing to apply for the position; we place great importance on you as a person being results-oriented and able to drive processes independently!

Your Responsibilities

The position, which is a consultant manager role, is called "Client and Consultant Manager" at Colligo because you will have broader responsibility over both consultants and our clients. As a Client and Consultant Manager, you will be part of our wonderful staffing team. Together, we are responsible for matching healthcare personnel with client needs. Your primary tasks will be as follows:

• Major focus on calling new consultants and building your own consultant base from scratch
• Drive independent and joint staffing processes where you work towards clear goals.
• Convincingly sell Colligo to new consultants and clients without giving up after a few setbacks.
• Responsibility for your consultants with ongoing service and follow-up.
• Create good relationships and long-term bonds with your consultants.
• Account responsibility for your own client area.
• Contribute to the company's success through your own ideas and suggestions.

About You

We are looking for someone who is driven, service-oriented, and fearless. It is important that you are comfortable working towards goals and are motivated by results. The phone will be your main tool, and it is important that you feel confident picking it up. You are a person who:

• Enjoys making new connections and gladly goes the extra mile to maintain good relationships.

We see that you may have previously held roles such as: Car salesperson, real estate agent, B2B salesperson, coordinator, staffing assistant, account manager.

If you have previous experience working as a consultant manager or working with healthcare personnel, it is meritorious but not required.

We are growing steadily and currently have about 20 office employees and around 200 traveling consultants. Our business concept focuses on staffing physicians and nurses, and our clients are across the country!

The position is full-time Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some flexibility in working hours is available.
