Active Academy is looking for a Team Leader!

We are now looking for a team leader/customer service representative for Active Academy until December 2026!

We need to expand our team and become more. Therefore, we are now looking for a project-employed team leader/customer service representative for us at Active Academy!

About you:

You have a background and experience from, for example, children's gymnastics, children's dance, group training, or other types of sports or cultural performances for children.

You have high energy and are responsible, you thrive working goal-oriented in a tight-knit team that collaborates. As a person, you have a strong focus on quality and development, you enjoy facing challenges and view them positively.

We believe you are a person who thrives in an organization with a strong desire for change, high pace, and a solution-oriented work approach. You easily see yourself in an environment characterized by Collaboration, Passion, Courage, and Responsibility.

We prefer that you have previous experience in recruitment and coaching, and leadership in some sport or experience in leading small children.

We place great importance on personal qualities, such as high social competence and the ability to lead yourself and collaborate with others in the company.

About the job

You work in a tight team and ensure that the operations maintain high quality.

Together, we work on recruiting leaders for our course concepts and training and coaching our leaders in their leadership and execution of our courses.

You also work on following up leaders' preparations for the sessions and ensuring the quality of the operations. You make sure all leaders have the materials they need and administer their salaries.

Much of the work takes place at our office in Växjö. But you also spend time on quality assurance out in the field, so we expect you to have a driver's license (B).

The leaders you will have contact with are located throughout Sweden, meaning much of the coaching and contact is via FaceTime, phone, Teams, and email. Travel and weekend work occur to some extent, although most working hours are during office hours. However, during the initial course weekends each course, you work a number of Saturdays or Sundays to be on site as support for our leaders when operations are running.

Active Academy organizes various activities for children who want to be active together with their parents.

Each year, we have tens of thousands of participants in our various activities and courses around the country. The courses are led by our approximately 400 leaders, and operations are administered from our headquarters in Växjö with 8-9 employees.
