Do you want a central role where you work closely with the CEO and act as the spider in the web? We are now looking for a structured and driven coordinator who wants to help create order, progress, and results.

About the role

As a coordinator, you will be a key person between several different companies and an important support to the CEO.

Tasks:

• Advertising in various media

• Compilation of materials and documentation

• Producing reports and following up on results

• Preparing for events etc. related to the office

• Taking minutes at meetings

• Supporting the CEO in daily work

We are looking for someone who:

• Is structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented

• Has good administrative skills and likes order and structure

• Thrives in a central role with many contacts

• Is flexible and can handle rapid changes in work.
