About the position
We are now looking for a customer service representative to join our team. The position is suitable for someone who thrives in a role with a lot of human interaction and is motivated by solving problems and providing good service.
The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months, with a planned start in August. Selection is ongoing.
Job duties
As a customer service representative with us, you will work closely with our customers and their users. You handle incoming calls and emails, guide customers in their questions, and ensure that each case is followed up in a professional manner.
You work in our case management system and handle a variety of cases, from deliveries and orders to product-related support. The role also includes administration and order placement.
We do not work with telemarketing.
Working hours and conditions
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
Salary is fixed monthly salary.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused. You enjoy working both independently and with others, and you have a natural ability to build trust in customer interactions.
You have good computer skills and work comfortably with the Office package. You have a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience in customer service is meritorious.
Experience with the ERP system Pyramid is a requirement. A driver's license (B) is meritorious but not required.
